Dr. Goedecke is the BEST! She is smart, thorough, listens and is not an alarmist. I was a first time mom and not from Charleston and Dr. Goedecke not only cared for my son but also was supportive of me. We moved out of state several years ago and while I like our new Peds no one will ever be as good as Dr. Goedecke.

She would not make eye contact, was very cold with my little one, REFUSED to smile, had no warmth to her. will not be recommending her to anyone. She seemed aggravated that we were taking up her time and she indicated it by making comments like "You could have just gotten medicine at your local pharmacy instead of making this appointment." Rolled her eyes MULTIPLE times. Her staff was very nice and professional, they know she is a snob.

Had a very snobby vibe....she was very short with me when I asked questions.....seemed to be focusing on something other than her patient. Wanted to get out of our meeting as quickly as possible, she was very unfriendly towards my daughter and I .

While Dr.Goedecke was somewhat accurate with her diagnosis she left a bad impression on me with her unfriendliness. Refused to make eye contact, very short when I asked questions, became very annoyed very easily, and seemed to want to be as far away from her job as possible. She is a very smart woman but she was very short with me and had a very arrogant feel and tone when she spoke to me.

As a first time mom, she really set me at ease. Her nurse, Stephanie, is also WONDERDUL. They are patient, thorough, and just good people. I am so happy she was recommended to me!
