After waiting two hours I was finally seen. She came in the room with a horrible attitude and asked me questions that had NOTHING to do with why I was there. I have never been to a doctor with such horrible bedside manner.

After a 2 hour wait, upon reviewing my chart, the Doctor said - so - we've been treating your flu for 2 weeks and you are still sick. My response - no. you have never treated me for the flu which I have had for over 2 weeks. Then I waited another half hour with no one in the office supposedly waiting for a chest x ray. This Lady had a bad cough, either could not read my chart or was reading someone else's. I decided that I would be better served in line at an emergency room at a hospital for the poor and uninsured. She seemed confused and disorganized.

i had to wait almost 3 hrs to see doctor. i had an 11:00 appt time and i had to leave in the middle of my appt to go pick up my son from school
