Dr. Aimee Matlick

Office staff is not diligent in answering phones during normal hours. Called several times on different days during normal hours all of which went to voice mail. Left numerous messages to make appointments for my family. Office returned call 6 days later. I even stopped by the office when staff was there office Dr. Matlick was not seeing patients. Knocked on door to make appointment but no one answered. Good thing I didn't have a real dental emergency. Dr. Matlick has a brusk manner. I initially attributed this to perhaps her having a difficult / hectic day. However, my wife and I observed Dr. Matlick's same brusk manner during our second encounter when we brought in our kids for check-ups. The waiting room is uninviting - poor lighting & messy. The examination room was also cluttered and messy and Dr. Matlick has a disheveled appearance. The only positive is that the hygienist that treated me was pretty good. I'm in my 50's and have seen many dentists throughout my… lifetime. My overall experience with Dr. Matlick ranks near the bottom. Needless to say, we're finding another provider from our family of four.

Upon arrival the waiting area is not well lite and there are piles of magazines all over that need to be managed. The office staff was nice and pleasant upon check in and the wait to see the hygenist was minimal. Sitting in the dentist chair and looking around, it appeared that the office had not been kept up in awhile. The equiptment seemed old and outdated and they did not have any of the latest technology. After my teeth were cleaned, Dr. Matlick came in to inspect my teeth. Compared to other dentists that I have visted, she seemed rushed and did not take time to really evaluate my mouth, other than to say I had a cavitity that needed to be filled. I was expecting more customer service and attention. I did not make an appointment to return.

I find Dr. Matlick and her staff to be very accomadating.
