Dr. Aimee Sungun Park, MD

She is a wonderful cardiologist, caring, compassionate, your health is her only concern. She took care of my dad many years ago and is now my husband and my cardiologist. I would not go to anyone else.

Dr Park is a very knowledgeable and thorough Doctor. i have been going to her for years and the only Doctor that seems to find everything and refer you to the proper Doctor. she diagnosed my blockages and the doctors at frederick Memorial said she was spot on wso i went in to surgery that week. she is concerned about every aspect of yrou health and dose what is necessary to get you on track. some of the reviews i question here since they are negative, one said they went to her for years. if she was that bad why didn't they leave the practice, i suspect since Dr Park told her she was over weight that they were insulted, well you dont go to doctores to stroke your ego but to get medical treatment and if your fat then you need to loose weight, bottom line, Dr Park has always been a thorough and wonderful Doctor and i would not trust my life to any other...

I have gone to Cardiovascular Specialist of Frederick for years. Never was completely satisfied with any visit. The wait is always long even if you are on time AKA early 15 minutes. I have waited 2 hours once. First visit, it was pushed South Beach diet. Second visit same thing. Stress test, EKG Echo nothing said bad about my heart. Not quite sure what is wrong other than I need to lose weight. Duh... I am changing practice, but in the meantime ran out of medication. Pharmacy stated they have put in the request multiple times, but have not received any response from this practice. I spoke to a member of this facility and was told since I was changing practice they could not fill my prescription (which was filled by them for at least one year prior). My new doctor has not seen me so they will not fill prescription. Hopefully my primary care physician will take care of this. Otherwise it is the ER. Glad to be leaving Cardiovascular Specialist of Frederick. Looking for a cardiologist?… Look elsewhere.

Dr. Park has worked with me for over 7 years now - and successfully guided me through a valve repair. She is firm, but caring. She knows her stuff and gets you to understand what you need to do to either take care of your heart OR fix it. My husband switched to Dr. Park and he too is VERY happy that he is with her. She is the best!

Terrible bedside manner! Yelled at me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. Everything she said was negative and she had no compassion. Go elsewhere!!!
