Dr. Aimee Lou Wright, DO

Dr. Wright, Terri White, and the whole staff are wonderful. I’ve been a patient for over 5 years and trust in them completely. They truly take the time to listen to your concerns and unlike many other doctors I’ve gone to, they always are attentive and not rushed. I feel like the staff care about their patients and I have never had a bad experience.

I have seen Dr. Wright and Terri for several years. When I first started seeing them, I loved them! They took their time with me and I truly felt heard. The front office staff was never very pleasant but I overlooked that because of Terri. I also started noticing Dr.'s concern about the almighty dollar. I went in for my yearly physical and asked that she recommend a chest x-ray since I have asthma and my mother's side of the family have all died from lung cancer. She wrote me my scripts for a mammogram and chest x-ray and completed my physical. When I went to the office months later for a sick visit, I was told I owed my copay from my physical: I have no copay on physicals! She charged me a visit because she talked to me about my asthma!!! I would think that would be included in my yearly physical. I read in another post that this was not the first time she did something like this. Now it is extremely hard to get in to see the Dr.; I was told to go to Carenow last time I was… sick because they didn't have any openings for a week. I think the desire for $$ clouded the decisions about taking on too many patients.

I have been a patient at this office for over 8 years. Been seen by both Dr Wright and her PA, Terri White. Both are extremely professional, attentive and have a great bed side manner. The wait time has increased but that happens when you get more people. I usually don't have to wait more than 15-20 minutes which is under the 40 minute average I have seen at other places. Definitely worth your time!!

I saw Dr Wright for several years and found her caring and compassionate. I thought that made up for the long waits and the disorganization at the front desk. however, looking back, I think she was quick to prescribe or over-prescribe and to schedule unnecessary follow-ups. Front desk complete chaos. Long wait for test results.

GREAT CLINIC

Do NOT go to this doctor. I called for over a month to receive test results that never came. Finally, on the final call (after waiting 20 minutes), I was told by the rude office staff that I had an abnormal test result! No one was going to call me to even let me know. I left messages for both the doctor and the nurse and never received a call back. I have recently placed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board.

I suggest that ANYONE who needs HRT find anothe rphysician. She is not qualified.

This doctor is very impersonal and has not manners. The office is unorganized and takes three to four weeks to call back with results. The doctor always appears very nervous and is very argumentative with the patients. She also tries to double bill for services and does not bill accurately

It used to be there would be a wait time of 30-60 minutes, but the last several appointments, I've only waited about 10 minutes. Everyone's bedside manner is terrific. I never feel rushed. I don't always hear back when I email a concern in, and I can rarely get hold of the nurse or doctor when I call.

Terrible response time when sick. Inaccurate diagnosis, rude staff, med refill over one week!
