Dr. Aina Palmado Serrano

I have had share of dentists in my life, and I feel that I have finally found the best of them all after seeing Dr.Serrano. She is the most gentle, professional, caring and well informed dentist I ever met. I was in for my initial visit and was truly impressed. I made an appointment for my teeth cleaning and ended up with having other treatments done within the same visit. Very efficient. The office staff, Kim, was very friendly and welcoming, to top it all off, she was very elaborate regarding costs, which is not common in many dental practices. They give you an actual diagram/itemization of all the proposed treatment and any associated costs. They truly exhibit a caring approach to their patients. Dr. Serrano is very informative and maintains a good client-doctor relationship. She keeps you informed and why the proposed treatments she recommends are necessary. Setting appointments tend to be a little difficult, which to me is not a bad thing, it simpIy indicates that this Dental… Office sees many patients and that they do not overbook and therefore minimize patient wait times.It also indicates that the office actually allows for ample time to address any potential patient concerns that may arise during the visit. I wish i was able to switch to Dr. Serrano much sooner...
