Airie Kim, MD, PhD

Dr. Airie Kim is a pulmonologist with 22 years of experience treating patients with lung and breathing conditions. They earned their PhD from UCLA School of Medicine and completed specialized fellowship training in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at UCLA School of Medicine in 2010. Dr. Kim also completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Boston University Medical Center, finishing their residency in 2007. They are fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Kim practices at Ronald Reagan University Of California Los Angeles Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. They specialize in treating patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and persistent cough. Their expertise includes performing therapeutic hypothermia procedures and central venous catheter placement. Dr. Kim also has experience with arterial line procedures to help monitor critically ill patients.
