The interventions I Employ during sessions include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
A little more about me - I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Doctorate in social work, I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field, having worked with clients across various settings including schools, residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and community mental health services.
My expertise lies in assisting teenagers and young adults in coping with issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, …the transition from adolescence to adulthood, and more.
