Dr. Aja S. Mccutchen, MD

I’ve had four appointments, she is always late by at least an hour. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment 2 times. She didn’t even show up to do my colonoscopy

Came in today for a procedure and saw Dr. Mccutchen , she has always been efficient during my appointments , I get in and out within 1- 1.5 hrs from checking to leaving. Staff is professional , facility is clean . no complaints over here , 3 years and counting as her patient and I have been More than satisfied with the treatment I've received.

She just cut me off, like she knows everything about me. It took less then 5 min my visit and she was gone. She just put me do a Medical procedure then she’ll check on me 4 to 6 weeks later. Like I am feeling that well. I choose her because of her good reviews that said that she would work the source that is causing your problem and listen.

I started calling on a Thursday her assistant said she would talk to the doctor and call me back I heard nothing. The next day I call back se tells me the same thing hours go by my colon is swelling more and more so I call back 2 more time that day nothing. Now I the weekend to wait through. Monday I can not move without help and it HURTS. I call my drug store first because I was told the doctor would leave a message for her and she would e mail it in. No nothing so I call he assistant back again the doctor had give her questions to ask me but she did not call so she had not go answers . By the way she promised she would call as soon as she talked to the doctor. I answered the questions and was told she d get back to me. To finish it's Thursday again I've heard nothing and neither has my drug store.

She is very warm and an easy going doctor. Listens to her patients and takes their concerns to heart. Highly recommend!!
