Dr. Aja N Nichols

Dr. Nichols is thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. Her office truly feels like a spa; not only because of the serene sounds playing throughout the office or the massage chair that you sit in during your cleaning, but, most importantly, her amazing staff. I was greeted upon arrival by my first name (pronounced correctly) with a smile from the front desk worker and everyone else I encountered. I had my son with me and told the wonderful dental hygienist, Frenchie, that I would be taking him to a pediatric dentist later. She suggested that he stay and have his cleaning there. I didn't know they served both children and adults, but it was a pleasant and convenient surprise. Both my son and I had a great dental experience with exceptional service. I will recommend Lifestyle Dentistry for all in search of a new dentist.

Let me start by saying I despise going to the dentist for anything. It’s been a phobia of mine and a very anxiety provoking experience for me all of my life. From the moment I walked in to Lifestyles Dentistry I immediately had a different reaction. The office is beautiful, it smells amazing, there is very calming music on, the dentist chair has massage rollers in it (!), the TVs have graphics running that are meant to help you meditate and relax, and every single employee I interacted with was amazing. They are helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you. They all have phenomenal customer service skills. I worked with Latrice and she is a doll!!! So helpful!! I had zero wait time. I was taken in right away and Dr. Aja Nichols was in with me immediately. My interaction with her was the best of any dentist I have ever worked with. I went in for an orthodontic/cosmetic consult. She was extremely present, engaged and focused. She cared very much about my end… goal and my price parameters. She actually talked me down from more expensive treatments I had in mind. Her professionalism and knowledge are on point and her personality is one that immediately makes you feel calm, welcomed, cared for, and like you are with a friend. I cannot say enough about this practice. I will be starting Clear Correct treatment and am very excited to work with these amazing ladies. I feel confident that by the end I will have exactly the smile I always dreamed of. Cannot recommend this office or Dr. Aja enough!

Dr. Nichols is thorough, detailed and OCD about flossing! I recently had to get a cavity filled and I absolutely abhor all things needles. The numbing process was gentle and virtually painless. I can't say enough good things about her.
