10/10 patient-centered care. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Madhani didn't see the patient until the day of discharge. He wasn't there when there were problems and the patient was in severe pain. When asked about this, instead of taking responsibility for not personally checking on a patient (instead of the patient only being seen by his NP), he was defensive. He also seemed unable to keep his mask properly covering his nose. His lack of professional attire showed he cared more about showing off his custom shirt and $500 shoes than dressing like the other medical professionals in the hospital.

I am a Internal Medicine physician and a graduate of Columbia University in NYC who’s been practicing on luxurious cruise ships for the last twelve years. I am writing this review as a patient of Dr. Madhani who was highly recommended to me by my sister and her husband who are both practicing physicians in Illinois . I was recently hospitalized with epidural abscess and ended up hospitalized at Condell medical center . Dr. Madhani and his team took excellent care of me . I found Dr. Madhani to be extremely caring, professional and talented physician . He helped me in my two hospitalizations when I ended up dignosefd with colon surgery and had surgery for it . He always put a smile on my face which was precious in these tough times as I was previously healthy and suddenly ill . I am doing great now and cured of my cancer after my successful surgery . If it wasn’t for Dr. Madhani care I wouldn’t be still here for my daughter . I highly recommend him as a physician and as a patient from… personal experience . Thank you Dr. Madhani.

Dismissive uncaring Doctor. Doesn’t even pretend to care.

Couldn’t yinto a US Medical College so paid to play in the Caribbean. Poor ethics poor interactions with people. How he got board certified is beyond imagination!!

After being admitted via the ER This uncompassinate dolt of a doctor who didn’t even see or examine me was assigned as my hospitalist at Condell Hospital in Libertyville. He had conplete control over my care and medication. I was in severe pain and had been given pain medication in ER. This inhuman so called doctor would not allow any functional pain meds to be administered to me. I know my body and explained to the nurse who supposedly interacted with him exactly what was happening I even asked to see or speak to the doctor but was simply denied. Perhaps this dolt was passing judgement on me thinking I was just seeking pain meds but that wasn’t the case and I was truly in pain. Again keeping in mind he had never seen or examined me making judgments on my care. I’m actually considering speaking with an attorney to see if anything can be done to keep the man from doing the same to others. I hope my discussion with hospital administrators will carry some weight but doubt it. The. I… didn’t sleep most of the night continually disturb by the intense pain I was in. The nurses and other staff were amazing and explained they had to follow his directions but this man who supposedly took the Hippocratic Oath was taking a very hypocritical stance on my treatment and care.

Extremely rude and arrogant, I have never been so offended by a doctor's bedside manner. Perhaps that's what they teach in universities on party islands. I was so upset I reported him to the patient services at the hospital. I had never met this guy, he was filling in for my regular doctor, and he spent four minutes in my room slandering me. He left me in pain. Stay away, I believe these good reviews are probably written by him as I have spoken to some of the staff as well here at condell and they were less than impressed.

Dr Madhani provided outstanding care, had amazing bedside presence. I can see why he is so well respected in the community
