This lady thinks no end of herself Acts she knows everything but knows nothing Added useless person is Janet Rodriguez This offices ladies are extremely corrupt and only want food and gifts then they will help you to see the Dr in a proper time otherwise you can be waiting for 3 hours in that office poorly run office Dr AfZal tolerates his staff for no reason He is a good Dr who is at the mercy of his staff He should get rid of these 2 ladies Yvette and Janet to run his office efficiently

The wait is ridiculous, the staff is always talking among themselves, eating while they talk to you. One day I waited an extra hour because the reception took my card and info and just let it sit there while they were talking and joking. I had to get up and ask what was taking so long and they even hadn't started toking the HPlan card and transfer the info to the system. They were not busy just talking . And beware, make sure you mention multiple times that you want to see the doctor cause if not is just the nurse that will take care, even for the first visit! Love the doctor but they need to do something about the staff.

Dr Afzal is a nice dr but has a rude office manager who has no capabilities of managing the office. She is extremely bad in communication and makes the patient wait for at least 2 hours before the patient gets help and service. How can a Dr keep such an inefficient lady as his office manager.who is poorly running the office.

It would be nice if the staff would let you know why you are waiting. Found out when I was leaving that he didn't get in until 4:30pm.

Aweful wait time!! Waiting for over 3 hours to be seen unheard of. Office is in a shady part of town to top it off.

The office wait is always approximately 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I like Dr. Afzal very much; however, I rarely see him in the office and waiting this long is becoming extremely frustrating. I've been a patient for 5 years and am contemplating changing primary care physician's just because of the office wait time!

Average. Doesn't spend sincere time.
