The staff is great and Dr. Titus is a fantastic doctor.

I've been involved in various aspects of the medical field for over 30 years and have met many many doctors. John Titus is incredible physician. When I have my doctor's appointment I am treated like I am the only person in the entire world. He has an Incredible Gift of tenderness and mercy and he is a very rare doctor that actually listens to his patients and does not treat them like an educated idiots! What is also so wonderful about dr. Titus is that he incorporates holistic Medical Treatments and it's practice. He is always continuing his education and learning and aspiring to be the best doctor he can possibly be. He truly cares about each and every patient and has gone the extra mile so many times in my life and I am forever grateful for this wonderful doctor in my life. with much gratitude, Kimberly

The average wait for this doctor is about 1 1/2 hours...and they could care less. They never return calls. And when you do reach the office, they do not help address my concerns or health issues. When I do get to speak to someone, they act as if they are doing me a favor. That's no way to treat a patient. If you care about your health, do not go to this doctor.

Some of the office staff are rude. Dr Titus is not reachable! After your office visit, I don't think any patient can reach him by phone. At least I didn't get a call back after talking to his answering service! So why bother having an answering service! !Office refused to refill my Dad's maintenance drugs because he was not seen every 6 month. Called to ask to come in for RX refill 2 month prior to that, the woman said she would call back to let me know but never heard from her. 2 month later I called back to ask if I could buy one of the drug from his office since they refused to give refill, was told by Jane " we are not selling it to you because he has not come in for more than 6 month. You can bring him somewhere else." What??? First of all, I called 2 month ago and requested an appointment but didn't get a call back. Second of all, if you are so concerned about his wellbeing, why didn't I receive a reminder to bring him in? Whatever! And she was very rude on the phone! Asked to… speak to Dr Titus ,"He is with a patient." I did not ask you to pull him out from the room right at this moment!!! No customer service skill! Guess what, I am finding myself and my Dad a new PCP. If my PCP is not reachable after office visit, I don't need him!

Very kind and compassionate Dr. Staff was kind and caring

Doctor Titus and his staff ALL do a Fabulous job addressing the concerns of their patients. They return calls in a prompt manner, make EVERY attempt to resolve any issue you may have Via the phone when possible. They work as a team for the common good of their patients in a very friendly and professional manner. They have taken great care of my family and I over ten years and counting.

Dr Titus and his staff are awesome !!! I recommend them to all. They treat you like family and know you by name.

I can not say anything bad about this miracle worker. Compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and most of all best bedside manor Dr Titus saved my life. If I didnt come to him I would not be here today. There is no scale that can show how great this man is. I would recommend Dr Titus to any one! Thank you Dr Titus. Very rare to find a Dr like him.
