Dr. Ajit patel is experienced and proffessional. The hospital environment is very clean. All staff members are efficient and friendly.

Well trained and courteous staff.

They were nice few years back. I took my kids from last 5 years but now I won't..... they are taking unnecessary x rays with out informing parents which the insurance are not covered 100 %.

The staff is so rude n have no respect towards their patients.. Their tones and way of talking are so intimidating. Both my sons have been treated by Dr. Patel.. They are great at coming up with treatments that are unnecessary n expensive... Had to take a second opinion to confirm that the treatment that was suggested by Dr. patel was not needed... Would not recommend the doctor to anyone and to add icing on the cake the staff is the worst ever. I am not the one to write reviews but my experience is way bad to express in words.. Rachel n Maria at the front desk need some customer training that may teach them to speak with the patients better

Totally waisting of time. This Doctor is here to just make money, There staff is fully trained to get good revenue for him. Sorry to say bur his employee even dont know to talk with kids Mom or Dad,So rude & with bad attitude.Here is the incident I want to share with, When you visit to the counter first of all they will ask you every single time what insurance you have & before going to see doctor they will give you cash figure that besides of insurance payment how much you have to pay from your pocket. I never understand, if you are paying copayment than everyt time why I am paying different cash amount for every visit.Ofiice Manger dont know how to talk spacially Mary.The Worst thing is if you want to discuss with doctot than they said this type of thing, He dont want to discuss.Please be care of this Doctor & Spacially there trained office staff, I think some thing going on with Doctor & employee to cheat us.
