I have never come across such an unprofessional and unqualified staff ever. The girls in the front lack not only medical knowledge but bedside manners too. They won't greet you or smile and won't ask for permission before they pull/push your sleeve to check BP. This is some old times clinic with no computes in office, was amazed to see girls still using sheet of paper to note down appointment dates. This is pulmonary medicine doctors office and they do not bother to check my mothers Oxygen saturation when she walked in office with shortness of breath and no oxygen was available to offer. Doctor took patients condition so casual and asked me to call insurance to find out where to go for tests. So negative and pessimistic ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! Was more SAD than DISSAPOINTMENT and SHOCK !!
