I had my colonoscopy here that was part of my routine that you are supposed to get when you turn 50. Doctor was fine. Colonoscopy was fine. Sat in the office for the pre-op appointment for 1-1/2 hours. Had to go back for a follow up to pay another $40.00 and wait almost three hours for them to tell me the same exact thing they had told me the day I had the procedure. Everything was fine. Then I received a bill a year later for over $2000.00 dollars because it was coded wrong. Called this office over 5 times to try to get someone to call me back. Carissa South was the rudest person to me. It has been the most frustrating place to deal with. Stay away.
