Dr. Mehta was recommended by another doctor in Emory's Urology department. My first vasectomy reversal operation (completed by a physician at a different practice in S.C.) had not been successful. There was scar tissue and the chances for a successful reversal (2nd attempt) were extremely low. After a nearly 5 hour surgery, Dr. Mehta thought the chances for a positive outcome were good. Sure enough, 30 days later, I tested very positive so it was very successful!!! Next stop, baby land. Dr. Mehta's attention to detail and expertise clearly speaks for itself. For couple's looking for an excellent vasectomy reversal doctor, look no further! The total cost for the surgery, anesthesia, etc. at Emory was $9243 and it was not covered by my insurance - but it was worth every penny. :)
