Dr Ince is the best there is! I first came to him in 2008 undiagnosed and clueless what was happening to me. Within 48hrs after my first visit, I had a diagnosis of Lupus Nephritis and my treatment was underway! Since I had kidney involvement I needed to see nephrologist also. I struggled to get an appointment with someone so I call Dr Ince and told him I can’t get in anywhere for months he told me hold on then about 5 minutes later came back to the phone and asked if I could be there that afternoon. This was how he was with every step and hurdle we faced! He is a brutally honest Dr and expects you to do the work he says is needed to get better! If you do this he will have your back and move mountains to help you! He is very knowledgeable in his field plus some! Dr Ince, always goes a step above for his patient!

The first thing he ever did was insult my tattoos. That was my very first impression. I don’t think he ever made eye contact with me or listened to anything I was feeling. He just prescribed, prescribed, prescribed. I asked for a anti inflammatory diet suggestions. He laughed and said “yeah, you need to lose weight obviously.” I stared at him until he muttered something about a Mediterranean diet as he walked out. I told him I didn’t want to take tons of meds my whole life and end up with liver failure. He said “I prescribe. That’s my job. You don’t like it? Get a second opinion, I don’t care” as he walked out of the room. I asked about potentially having children and being able to drink again someday, as I am young. He said “fine, let’s throw out all the work I’ve done and get you on meds so that you can get drunk and knocked up. Happy?” When my husband came with me to appointments, he spoke to him instead of me, his patient. I left in tears on multiple occasions. As a result, I… abandoned all Rheumatological care for a while because I thought I would never find a rheumatologist who treated my like a human. I assumed I was doomed to suffer from severe pain and deformation until I die. The relationship of a doctor and patient is supposed to be a cooperation. Not a dictatorship. I need to be included on the treatment plan for my body. I’m sure if I were a man, he would have treated me with a modicum of respect. I asked my pcp for a new referral and he said that Dr. Ince is good but so many people have trouble with his bedside manner and rendered me to another rheumatologist. I would say he was borderline emotionally abusive to me. Definitely gaslighting and downplaying my concerns with a blatant refusal to communicate with me about my health. I would give him less than one star if I could.

He has completely changed my life!!! I have my health back and can be a great mom to my kids! I was in bad shape before him. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Ince is a knowledgeable professional. He is all that an excellent physician should Be: he is kind, concerned and very helpful. An appointment with him is always a pleasant and enlightening event.

No personality, doesn't communicate, doesn't ask any questions.

Dr Ince is very nice but his office staff is difficult to deal with and pretty much incompetent.

I have spent the last 4 years trying to find a Rheumatologist that truly listened to me. I was so impressed with Dr. Ince. On my first visit he had an assistant in the room who typed ever answer I gave to Dr Ince's questions for my evaluation allowing him to give me his full attention. I was able to see my tests results the next day on the clinics website plus submitting a question I had, then a nurse calling me back a couple of hours later with a answer. ***** I would highly recommend Dr. Ince for his knowledge, efficiency, and compassion.

I just had to tell him, that I needed a bit more review of the diagnosis and prognosis. Then we were good to go.
