Dr. Akhil Wadhera, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wadhera’s for ten years. He does Botox and juvaderm for me. I mistakenly did juvaderm with someone else while visiting a friend and he fixed what they did wrong. My friend was so impressed she now travels from another state just to have him do her juvaderm! He is an expert with the “midas touch” with Botox placement and in particular lip fillers. Every time he asks what I want and we discuss it. He’s very conservative and frequently stops to have me look in a mirror and confirm I’m happy. He’s very friendly and welcomes conversation and gives advice if asked. He doesn’t push or sell anything. I look forward to our visits and consider him more than my dermatologist, but a friend. Admittedly I was reluctant to write this review because I want to keep him to myself, but it’s a shame not to share his talent with all. Book him; you will be thrilled with the results!

My experience with Dr Wadhera was nothing short of traumatizing. After no research with regard to my condition, stating “facts” about trans healthcare that have been long-debunked, he proceeded to fill our appointment with nothing but small talk. No concern of mine was acknowledged in any substantive way and he came into the consultation with the only goal of denying me medical care and invalidating me. His medical care is a mere performance with no concern for his patients or their wellbeing. I can’t believe I had to come out 2 hours just to face his cold incompetence.

Dr. Wadhera in all my experience is one of the very best ! He is understanding and listens to all my questions, the Dr. Is always interested in knowing that I am comfortable and he gives lots of information. He is personal and easy going and I have full confidence in his abilities.
