I am a new patient. Prior to first visit I was asked to follow the email link to fill out paperwork online. There was a lot of questions to answer, seemed like a lot more than forms in the office. However, to my surprise when I arrived in the office Dr. Evans had printed out paperwork and already made notes of questions to ask. She was very personable and easy to talk to. She was not standoffish like most Doctors are. I really liked that before she examined me, she took me in her office and dedicated, UNRUSHED, time to just talk about my past health. She provided a personal touch, she took all my vitals and prescreening information. I really liked the personal touch of her care. I am 40 years of age and in all my years I have never experienced such a warm reception from a doctor. Most doctors only grace you with their presence for 5 minutes and barely say two words....

This place unfortunately deserves 0 stars. The procedure was a huge waste of money and the doctors and staff have poor customer services. I should also mention that if you are just a little late, even if you call, they will cancel your appointment and charge $25. For a procedure that is not even effective, this is just a double negative.

She has been on point with all my diagnosis...she always spends the quality time that is needed to determine treatment....I have lupus..high blood pressure. ..diabetes. ..and fibromyalgia and she has treated me and referred me out to excellent doctors...just wish the staff was more friendly...I called today to schedule an appointment and they said that she has gone but refuse to say were she went to and said I could see another docctor but they all are booked through August...If Im a frequent patient I shouldn't have to wait that long ti refill blood pressure pills....so I will have to go a month without all 4

She is awesome..she has diagnosed me and basically found answers to what Ive been asking doctors for years...she never stopped until she fully helped me...I wouldn't change physicians even if I'm paid..she is truly a blessing!!!!!!!!!!!
