HORRIBLE STAFF!!! Unorganized. Never answer the phone or return calls. Rude and unprofessional!!! Talk crap about their patients thinking no one can hear through the glass. Then when told how unprofessional it was, they have the nerve to yell at you and want to challenge your truth. Office manager was included along with the nurse/receptionist. This is not the first time I have heard very unprofessional conversations.

Been seeing him for 2 yrs. Has completely changed staff at least 3 times. Snaps and cuts you off if you have questions. Each visit was very rushed and he was easily annoyed. Was told it wouldn't hurt him if I stopped seeing him cause his waiting room is always full. So no he has one less patient to keep his waiting room full.

I thought it was odd first time I tried to call & they didn't return my phone call. Staff said they were having phone troubles. Went to this dr for 6 months. Dr was ok. but the staff is completely inept except for one young woman who worked there that whole 6 months. All other staff was different just about every time. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!! Phones don't even always go to voicemail. They don't return phone calls, even after I told the dr about it. It took TWO WEEKS and SIX phone calls to get my prescription refilled. That was the last straw. Read the other reviews. I should have heeded them before I went to this doctor. If his staff is that bad, then something is wrong with his leadership.

Dr. Alrabbat as a Dr. I would recommend, but not at the place he is right now.. it is a shame that the front office /Nurses representing him and his abilities falls nothing short of worthless. They do not return calls, they do not answer the phones, they have no idea how to actually do the job they were hired to do! they show no empathy toward patients, they are rude and really show a lack of any type of people skills. If Dr. Alrabbat was smart he would fire the whole lot and start anew! He would have to for me to return there.

The doctor heard my frustration with how I was being treated and he stormed into the room and in a shouting voice, demanded to know what was going on. When I told him, he became livid and yelled at me to leave. Sorry excuse for a doctor, Sorry excuse for receptionists, Sorry place in general.

Should have went to a different doctor a year ago but I gave him the benefit of the doubt his staff is incompetent they said I had a missed appointment which I did not I have the card at home to confirm and then when I went to see him they wanted to charge me $60 no-show fee for a missed appointment just to get a prescription filled. He told another patient who is a good friend of mine that she had asthma and just kept treating her and having her come back week after week she ended up in the hospital with double pneumonia and he never Even caught it. Would not recommend him.

I left 1 star only because 0 is not an option. HORRIBLE!

My mom has COPD and the doc comes in to the hospital anytime she is there. He is very knowledgable and bedside manners are awesome. He actually cares. Doesn't beat around the Bush. More docs need to be like him. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Alrabbat is very knowledgeable & qualified. His office staff is not. They do not know how to use a telephone, return a message, schedule an appointment, call in a hospital order etc,. etc. How embarrassing for a physician of Dr. Alrabbat's caliber.
