I was very impressed with Dr. Elbendary and his staff. All were very professional yet personable. Treated like a human being and not like I was one of the "herd". Highly recommend.

I have had a very good experience at Dr Elbendary's office. The staff has been awesome and actually care about their patients. They follow up with you and will take the time to answer your questions and concerns. I have recommended several people to his office.

When my grandmothers ob referred us to dr. Elbendary, my grandmother and I were a bit apprehensive because he warned us of Dr. E's "no nonsense, no sugar coated approach", but from the moment we met him, he and his staff have been nothing but kind and compassionate, meanwhile providing the very best care possible. Her surgery for a total hysterectomy/oopherectomy via da Vinci surgery went very well, and she's 82... I know where I'll be going if I should ever find myself in a similar spot

Seemed to be a competent surgeon, however he has an odd communication style which while informative also seemed dismissive and uncaring. Don't be surprised if he does not check in with at all you while you are hospitalized. Also, if you need a response to a medical issue that arises, get it resolved during office hours. They only want to hear from patients with true serious medical emergencies after hours.

I live in Illinois and my gyne doc told me I had Endometrial Cancer. Even though I'm a nurse, I was still stunned and she recommended Dr. Elbendary. I have received excellent care and am doing very well.

THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE VERY WELL. I NEVER REC'D A BILL FROM HIM AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW I WAS TURNED OVER TO COLLECTIONS EVEN THOUGH I WAS SENDING PAYMENTS TO HIM!!! HIS SIDE KICK IS WONDERFUL.

Dr. Eldendary is profession, thorough, compassionate and kind. He is also an excellent surgeon. He took care of my mother and treated her with diginity and compassion. I am a nurse and I would recommend him to anyone.
