Dr. Hermiz is very professional and kind. His nice words make me relax and calm during treatment. I was always nervous when I had to go see a dentist. With Dr. Hermis, I feel very relaxed and my fear is gone. Not to mention his respect for all his patients. The only thing I didn't like was the reception. She was very unprofessional and made me wait more than an hour for my appointment. She is very clueless about how to talk to patients. She has a lack of manners and inappropriate demeanor, very rude person. She should not be in the front line to provide customer service. In my opinion, Dr. Hermis will lose a lot of patients if he keeps her in the office.

Been a patient of Dr. Hermiz all my life, literally!!!! for over 25 years!!!! Best in the industry and honest as honest can be.
