No receptionist. Left message to schedule appointment and he did not return my call

He Knows what's going on he listens he talks at least for 45 minutes

If I could give him zero stars I would. Was his patient and because of covid did tella health appointments, when I didn’t feel comfortable coming in office which is attached to hospital and asked for a tella health instead he told me I should find another doctor closer to home cause I drove 45 minutes. I was in middle of treatment and trying a new medicine also! How can a doctor that is giving you meds do that cause you would prefer a tella health and I live far. Never had a problem when I’d drive before and come in office but now it is a problem. Oh and if you can get him to call you back too good luck he never answers you have to call and leave more than one message to get him to call you too. Not a good policy when you have patients trying medicine that could have a reaction too!

he listens my doctor for the past 15 years

I was attempting to get help with an adult ADD issue that I was dealing with for a great portion of my life. I was unhappy to be informed that this is only treated by Psychiatrist. I had one visit with DeCastro and his plan didn't work well. When I called for a follow-up visit, he never bothered to call back. I called him 3 times, nothing.

Not patient attentive. Your concerns fall on deaf ears.

Prescribed meds for my depression and insomnia - excellent follow-up to make sure meds are working well - listens and answers all questions - spends enough time and I don't feel rushed through the visit.
