This used to be a wonderful practice - we love Dr. K and he is so attentive....when you can get to see him. Unfortunately, like so many other small businesses, he has staff in the front office who are the rudest and most unhelpful people I've ever had the misfortune to speak to. Thank you for helping those of us in need in the past - we are sorry that our family bothered, or rather that we dared, to ask for an appointment to see you.

Goodbye, Dr. K - you were absolutely wonderful...but it seems that you are too busy to see old patients; cannot get an appointment for a new patient/family member without having a 2 month wait, and cannot get past your front staff. Worse - I asked to have you call, and apparently you refused - instead your rude, unhelpful staff called back to gloat that "Dr. K will not be calling you". Thank you for helping those of us in need in the past - we are sorry that our family bothered, or rather that we dared, to ask for an appointment to see you.

Dr inserts his personal views into his practice, which makes him miss actual medical problems. Gets too friendly and makes inappropriate personal comments instead of focusing on actual medical diagnosis.

I have always dreaded PCP visits because I felt like the doctors were just going through the motions & in a rush to get rid of me. My experience with Dr. Karaguezian (or "Dr. K" as he prefers) was simply amazing! He was incredibly professional, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable AND he made me feel like I mattered. His staff was just as awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. K to anyone who's tired of feeling like a number.

I never feel rushed like some other doctors make me do.
