Dr. Alaina Mae Hunt, DO

I went to urgent care twice in once day due to a severe ear infection. The first doctor I saw was great all around. Dr.Hunt treated me like I was an addict looking for a hand out. My infection is so bad that my first doctor thought it had spread to my brain and ordered a CT. I was sent home with antibiotics, but nothing for pain. I tried treating the pain at home with ibuprofen but that did not work. I went back later that night and met Dr.Hunt, before she even looked at my ear she tells me she cant prescribe me anything. She finally looks, and says she can give me topical medication. She only ordered one dose and didnt write a prescription for me to pick up more numbing ear drops. Horrible bedside manner and no sympathy for her patients. Shes in the wrong field. I will request another physician if I ever come across her again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Giving this “doctor” one star is a gift. She has no bedside manner, is rude and didn’t even listen to my history before leaving the room. She did not communicate any tests results or update me on my care. When I asked the nurse to have her come speak to me when she had time, she was even more rude like I was bothering her to ask questions. Needless to say this “doctor” is setting the standard for HCA.
