The office staff are pleasant and polite. I have not always had to wait for my time with the doctor, but sometimes I have waited up to 30 minutes past my appointment time. (This is not unlike other physicians' offices.) The doctor is well-informed, takes the time needed to really examine and understand the patient's situation. She has a gentle pleasing manner and in my opinion is a very good doctor.

I think Dr. Chakrabarty is a great doctor. She's friendly, respectful, caring, intelligent and professional. I look forward to my visits with her. She knows how to make me feel at ease which allows me to open up to her. I'm selective when it comes to doctors and feel like a specimen with the majority of them but with Dr. Charkrabarty I feel at ease, as if she's a caring old friend. I have a great respect and admiration for her, and care a great deal about her. I hope that she never leaves the area.
