Dr. Alan Michael Askinas, MD

He was very insensitive and had me balling by the time I reached my car. I will never see him again.

Left me high and dry at my lowest medical point. I had a legitimate surgical problem and I found him very rude, did not answer my questions, and was hedgy with my plan of care. Never seen anything like it. Obviously found a new doctor. He needs to retire. Office is ignorant and I was never called back with my results (normal or abnormal).

Honestly, I have usually had female OB/GYN's and had to see him due to an emergency. I didn't know what to expect because I have had bad experiences with male OB/GYN's in the past (a bit sexist I know). However, Dr. Askinas is very patient, knowledgable and follows up consistently with you; absolutely a caring physician. I haven't had him for delivery; but I do recommend for gyn services. The office is VERY busy; but they really try to get you in quickly and out quickly--very professional.
