I paid $150 (it's my co-pay), and now I see an additional $150 from the claim when doctor DID NOTHING! He even DID NOT check my throat, when I complained about long time lasting pain, he only checked with tube the nose. This tube is nothing but the tool to see inside (it's not a surgical procedure or something like that !) Doctor even didn't answer all my questions. After maximum of 10 minutes since he started talking to me he was running away from the exam room. Being many years of practitioner doctor he was not able to set a diagnosis, insisting to go through the CAT scan. The medicine I was prescribed made my condition worse. I tried to reach someone from office and called several times, and left a message, but I had never got back from them. I do NOT recommend this doctor and I will not be returning to his practice after this experience. It looks like they want only to charge money from you but not help!

I was having issues with Sinus infections and also taste and smell problems. I also was using a Cpap machine to sleep and stop snoring. After seeing Dr Berger he recommended surgery. I was in and out of surgery in one day. About a 3 day healing process. Followed by monthly visits for a year. I have not had to use my Cpap machine at all since the surgery. It has been over a year since a sinus infection. Smell and taste has also come back. My wife enjoys the NO snoring which is good for both of us. Office staff was great to work with. If an appointment needed to be changed it was not a problem. Appointments you were taken on time no waiting around. overall a pleasant experience.

Dr. Berger and his staff were pleasant and very competent. I was referred to him by my family doctor and had known that a few co-workers had been patients. I couldn't breath out of one side of my nose and coughed all night long with drainage. Dr, Berger performed the operation at a very nice outpatient facility, the surgery went very quickly, recovery was faster than I expected. Just had my three month follow up and all is well, I've been discharged. Very glad I took the step recommended by Dr. Berger.

Dr. Berger knows what he is doing! I had chronos sinusitis and a cyst in my sinus cavity and a deviated septum. The chronic sinusitis was due to a mold problem in my apartment. Since surgery I am doing alot better and reccomend this surgery for chronos sinus sufferers.

Was seen after waiting hour after my appointment and the doctor claimed that he never heard of ototoxicity from medicines! It was like just being herded in and tested with minimal explanation as to why I had a hearing loss!

I had previously had septoplasty and turbinate reduction done by another doctor to correct breathing issues and sleep apnea in 2014. The surgery aftermath was a nightmare. I was breathing worse out of one nostril, which clearly had an obstruction/septum buckling after the surgery which the old doctor ignored.. this obstruction was not there prior to the surgery. I spent years trying to find doctors that would take a look at it and correct it, and am so glad I found Dr. Berger. This is a man who cares deeply about the work that he does, he is VERY thorough in his note taking and extremely diligent about what the issue is and fixing it. In my case, all he had to do was take one look up both nostrils to see what I was explaining to him. I gave him minimal information on what was actually happening, but when he diagnosed the issue, it made perfect sense.. like he was experiencing the issue himself. The surgery went really well, I had next to no pain, and the issue with breathing was… almost immediately resolved after he got done. I sleep better, I can exercise without dealing with breathing issues in my nose, my overall quality of life has greatly improved thanks to him. It is refreshing to deal with a doctor like this. I would happily recommend him to family and friends based on my experience. Thank you, Dr. Berger!

Words can’t describe what an amazing doctor Lana Patucci is. After meeting her only once, I knew I was going to love her. She has a great bedside manner. Dr. Patucci explains exactly what she is going to do during your surgery, gives you the best options, and eases any fears you may have going into the surgery. Prior to coming to Henry Berger ENT, I always had issues breathing and was unable to smell very well. After meeting with Lana, she told me that I had 2 deviated septums. She explained to me that the only option to fix this was to get surgery. At age 26, I was very hesitant and afraid to have surgery because I had never had it before (and I avoided it at all costs). I was extremely afraid so I told her I’d think about it. At my next appointment with Lana, I decided to schedule my surgery. She eased my mind by telling me that the recovery time was quite quick, the surgery took about 20 minutes, and that there would be no packing or black eyes after my surgery. After my surgery,… everything that Lana told me would happen…happened. She went so into depth as to how healing would go, I had minor pain, nose bleeds for about 3 weeks on and off and the best part was…no packing in my nose. The surgery was successful. It has been 4 months and I’m able to breathe so much better and smell things that I never smelled before. This surgery was life changing for me. I would highly recommend Lana to anyone who is hesitant like me to having their first surgery. She is absolutely wonderful.

I recently had a deviated septum fixed by Dr. Berger. He was able to quickly schedule the operation and I woke up being able to breathe out of both nostrils. I was back at work three or four days later and several months later I still feel great. Highly recommend this procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Berger's for many years. Have had a lot of sinus and allergy issues and had nasal polyps removed twice. I'll cut to the chase, it changed my life. Instead of sinus infections every other month and suffering in the Phila area with allergies, I now am essentially free of all that. It only took 3 visits and one 45 minute surgery for Dr. Berger to fix me up and put a stop to my bloody noses. I had a severely deviated septum and this pain free surgery worked wonders. Dr. Berger DOES NOT use any packing methods. I did not even have to take any pain killers. Amazing. Take a day, get it done, lay flat for a day and enjoy! So happy I finally got this done. Dr. Berger is a real gentleman and I trusted him from the first visit. I highly recommend this practice.
