I went to Dr. B in the 90's then my condition went away.. its back now so I'm back with him. Very down to earth with his bedside manner and his approach to treating my condition. Doesn't talk over your head in terms that leave you wondering.. patient comfort and care seem to be his number one objectives!

Worst Doctor I have ever had the displeasure of having to see. Left me in tears. Acts like it's an inconvenience to answer questions and discuss health issues with you. Terrible bedside manner. Would not give me my records and forwarded virtually worthless information to my regular physician. Would not take a dying dog to this man.

Dr. Birnbaum, and his entire staff are courteous, prompt, and makes the experience, very nice. His interest in his patients, is encouraging. I have been a patient, for several years, and would not change. Treatment at it's best.

Dr. Birnbaum and his staff are the entire package. Dr. Birnbaum is such a caring physician. He has provided me with outstanding care both physically and emotionally. His staff is second to none. I don't know what I will do when he retires. The care he provides me with can't be matched.

The best doctor I ever went to! Extremely knowledgable and caring, he quickly realized the problem and dealt with it accordingly. I have not felt this good in years- all thanks to Dr. Birnbaum and his wonderful staff!

I've never encountered a doctors office that was so unprofessional. The staff was extremely rude. I would highly suggest going to any other doctor. This place does not deserve to continue operating.

Unfortunately for this office, they must have forgotten that the front desk staff makes the first impression. They are rude, untidy in appearance and lack all the characteristics one should look for in choosing a doctor.The physician himself is also rude, spends very little time with his patients and while he appears knowledgable, evidently does not find it necessary to explain a whole lot.Very disappointing experience. Tried to give this practice a fair shot, but have already requested to see another specialist. Dr. Birnbaum is NOT the only rheumo in town!! Thank goodness!!

The best doctor I have ever went to. He is everything one would wish in a doctor. I would recommend him to everyone with arthritis. All in all, he is one of the best doctors and one of the best people I know.
