The most unprofessional Doctor I have ever encountered

I've been fighting an ear infection for the last month. My PCP wasn't very helpful, so I took matters into my own hands and made an appointment to see Dr. Brenner. And I'm so glad that I did! He diagnosed a double ear infection that my normal doctor missed, and got me the right medication that I needed to get better.And the other thing I liked about Dr. Brenner is that he spent time explaining how ear infections come around, and he was patient with the questions I was asking. He took the time to listen to me and answer my questions, which I really appreciated because I have been so frustrated with trying to get my hearing back!

I came in w/ my child to see Dr. Brenner. I was referred to another dr. in the same office, however their schedule was full for the next few weeks. Dr. brenner was available same day. I should have known why. No one would want to see him! He was Cold, uncarring and harsh. He did not speak to my child, but just shoved the cotton w/ numbing agent on it up her nose. He did not explain the process to either of us. She was not prepared for the feeling of having her nose and throat numbed. she got scared and began to cry. he then proceded to shove the camera up her nose and down her throat, again with out explaining or talking.... just did his job. no care or concern for his patient, who was scared of a process she has NEVER gone through. she was crying quite hard and very scared. she was also choking on her saliva, which if you've ever had your throat numb, it feels like you cant swallow. He then said to me "her behavior is inappropriate" "she is pychological" that was it. he did nothing… more. he was harsh and cold. Uncaring and uncompasionate. The Worst experience I have ever had with a DR! he said everything was fine. except for some inflamation. no other explanation. I guess to get the caring dr who likes his job, you have to wait for the appt.
