Dr. Alan David Brook, MD

Dr Brook is amazing. This is a very busy place. Yet, I am a priority. Dr Brook listens. I always feel heard and understood. The staff manages all my calls and needs with professionalism and kindness.

First of all the office staff it's very cold and some of them are very inadequate. The doctor does not listen or remember details. Why would a doctor wait 6 months to tell you you have spots on your lungs? One would not trust this Dr because of that omission. On one visit I received test results and when asked at the end of the visit to repeat those results I had a different answer than the first time. Again, no trust.

great dr. while i was in bjsp in sept. and oct. 4 wk follow up visit impossible. His assisstant was so rude refused to make an appt. said she would call us. never did. 2nd call a week later resulted in answering machine. left message. Nov. 5 still no appt. time to find another lund doctor. His assissant needs sensitivity training. Never have I been talked to by any health care person.

He has been my doctor over 20 years

Dr Brook is concerned about his patients. Has a great staff and my wife and I feel confident with his expertise.
