If I cud give anything less than a one star I Wud do that for bedside manner, attitude and disrespect at follow up appt... I went in and they wudnt take me unless I payed for my oral surgery IN FULL right then and there. However, that was NOT told to me b4 I got there. Because I cudnt pay it all that day they wudnt even allow me to have a consultation w the dr. I rescheduled for 2 days later, when I had the FULL payment and right b4 the procedure he came in and tried to talk me out of surgery so he cud do a few more procedures that "may or may not really work" but very expensive! Basically just padding his wallet. I went through w surgery and went back one week later for my follow where he came off extremely cocky and rude!! He basically demeaned anything I had to say and tried to make me feel poorly because my mouth wasn't healing as fast as "it should" Long story short, I ended up trying to share to him about how difficult it was to talk to him and how he behaves in a way that made… his patients feel embarrassed and like we have to defend ourselves if healing isn't picture perfect. He laughed at me, mimicked what I said back to me and laughed as I got up to walk out. ON TOP OF IT ALL, after paying in full I just got a bill from them for an ADDITIONAL $486!!!!! They lied about what my insurance wud cover... We all need to values ourselves enough to not allow people like this to treat us w such disrespect. It is merely a reflection of who THEY r as a person and how incompetent and greedy they actually R.etc shame on anyone who thinks so highly of themselves
