Dr. Alan August Deangelis, MD

"My goal is to help each child reach their full potential. It is important for me to promote a relaxed, nurturing environment in my office where no question goes unanswered. I believe in the importance of preventative care and enjoy the full range of pediatrics from infancy through the college years. It is this long term relationship with each family that makes pediatrics such a rewarding profession."

I earned my medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago and completed my pediatric internship and residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I am board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Professionally, I have a special interest in treating children with asthma, allergies, as well as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). An active person myself, I particularly enjoy treating sports injuries and performing sports physicals.

Away from the clinic I play basketball, tennis and golf. I also spend time with my wife …and family traveling and exploring the outdoors.
