What a shameful lack of compassion this man showed for an 80+ year-old patient, recovering from surgery, during the COVID19 crisis.

I had the luck of meeting Dr. deRovira in the mid 90's when he was treating a very dear friend who had a serve case of pancrititis which resulted in my friend having the Whipple Surgery. I helped my friend the best I could throughout the years, so I interacted many times with Dr. deRovira. Although my friends prognosis was grim, under Dr. deRoviras care my friend defied all odds and lived until 2019. I saw such a warm and caring person in the doctor that when my health started to fail due to my time at Ground Zero I called the doctor and asked if he would see me. I have many illness's now from being down there, yet I can say that I am now the patient who is defying the odds and it is all due to Dr. deRoviras care. He is a warm, kindhearted and compassionate doctor. From the time you walk into his office you are greeted with a welcoming "hello, how are you feeling today", by his staff. When the doctor walks into the exam room you are again greeted by the warm smile of a soft spoken,… kind and caring man. He takes his time with every patient, he always explains everything in detail and in a way to make certain that you as his patient understands every detail. He is totally open to discussing all options available to help his patients. I can say without hesitation I am truly blessed to have Dr. deRovira as my doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone who asks me for a doctor.

Dr . D goes above and beyond in his treatment and concern for his patients . His care for my dad has given us such peace of mind throughout the years . He becomes an integral part of your family's health management which is very reassuring to your medical profile as it pertains to the bigger picture . We feel very blessed to be a part of his practice .

Dr. D knows his stuff! Dr. D has taken care of my Dad for several years. Not only is he fine, knowlegible, kind, and caring but also very dedicated and comforting to his patients and their families. Thank you Dr. Derovira for all you do.

Dr. D is besides being a great Doctor is also a very nice person with great bedside manner. When I was in the hospital he did not miss a day of coming to see me. Always showed up with a smile. When I put a deep gash in my finger, he stitched me up right there. Always a follow up phone call.

Dr. DeRoveria is the best doctor I have known. If he does not know something, he will refer you to the perfect doctor and follow up on your situation. Wonderful man with a kind heart. Lucky to come across a doctor like this once in a life time.

He reallly takes the time to listen and understand what is going on to the fullest extent of the problem. i had a hard time finding a good physician and i think i finally found one i can stick with. Id these people do not make you feel at home no one will.
