Procedures explained clearly.

I waited over a month to get an office visit. I thought my appointment was 3:45 , but it was 3:15 so when I arrived at 3:30 , 15 minutes late was informed that the PA would not see me. The building is very hard to find plus the elevator was not working. I wasn’t informed that I would not see the doctor and found out that he is only at the office 3 or 4 times a month. I’m disappointed that I wasted my time waiting to see Doctor Gabbard.

Dr. Gabbard is very fair and up front. He currently has an excellent office staff. Would recommend them to anyone.

The doctor mumbles when he talks. The old red headed woman at the front desk is very rude. She was rude to me and I could hear her talking to other patients on the phone and she was rude to them also. Maybe Dr Gabbard should think about moving her to the back of the office where she does not have to deal with patients and put a more friendly person at the front desk. I saw Dr Gabbard on a Thursday and the wait time was approximately 45 minutes. They called me a couple of days before my appointment to get all of my information, so I am not sure why they are so behind. Very poorly run office.

I highly recommend this doctor for his skill, knowledge, and ability to treat diseases of the GI tract. Having worked with every gastroenterologist in Clark County, I recommend this doctor above all the others in the area. He is friendly and has a good bedside manner as well.

Dr. Gabbard diagnosed my problem over 17 years ago. He is a wonderful Dr. I highly recommend him to all.
