Dr. Alan Scott Harad, MD

I went into Good Sam ER on a Sunday after I was vomiting for 24hrs and had severe abd pain with no relief. It was determined that I would need my gallbladder out the next next day. Dr. Harad was very thorough. He was a little concerned of how large my gallbladder was so hr kept me overnight to observe me. He checked on me the next morning and checked my labs and let me go home. I was back to work in a week. No problems at all. Best surgery I have had and so nice to be close to home.

I had a simple scope for my stomach and a colonoscopy. I woke up coughing up blood and blew my nose to see the tissue full of blood also. He told me I coughed the entire time, like it was my fault, and aspirated blood and fluid from the instrument into my lungs. I was kept for several hours as I continued to cough up blood, had to have a chest x-ray to assess fluid, only saw Dr. less than two minutes total, rude no bedside manner. Nurses all "covered" for him, seemed very concerned and hinted to me that I needed to see my Dr. first thing Monday morning to address possible pneumonia from fluid in my lungs. I coughed for days after this procedure. He didn't address my hiatal hernia, although that is what I went there for, overall HORRIBLE experience. Would not take a field mouse to this Dr.

1st time patient, from receptionist, to nurse, to Doctor I was warming greeted, Had my consultation, Doctor Harad is awesome!!!!!!! Janet his nurse was friendly and informstive. When I left ,I felt reassured that I will be getting the best care.
