Dr. Alan Maynard Harben, MD

Dr. Harben is awesome but I had a HORRIBLE experience with his staff. The front desk person is SO RUDE. It's been TWO MONTHS and I still haven't been able to get my EOB from my husband's Botox to file it with a savings program to get my money back. They insisted I pay upfront so I had to put the amount on my credit card. I've been collecting interest on the amount because their team can't file it correctly with my insurance. The first time, the office manager incorrectly filled our claim and failed to follow up with our insurance with our medical records. The second time, I had to raise a flag in which they filled again but coded our procedures wrong. The third time, they finally submitted a correct bill. They took NO responsibility for their coding errors or failure to follow up. WE WON'T BE BACK!

In my opinion Dr. Harben is the best there is! He is my primary care physician since 2008. I moved to to Texas in 2011. he has allowed me to have appointments by phone and I have flown back for an appointment when I needed it. I simply trust Dr. Harben.

Excellent care he really takes the time to go over all your questions and concerns.

Dr. Harben has a mild manner that puts you at ease. He listens to all of your concerns and always informs you of a plan of action. Each of my visits with him have always left me with a more positive and confident outlook about my health.

My father has Dementia with Lewy Bodies and though it is the 2nd most diagnosed form of dementia after Alzheimer's it is difficult to find physicians with knowledge of the disease. He is also compassionate to my father, my mother and myself. We are so glad we found him. Excellent staff. Always helpful and willing to assist.

Dr. Harben really goes out of his way to listen to my medical concerns. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their patients. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. He has a number of specialists that he can refer you to and they have all been outstanding. Dr. Harben gave me my life back!
