Great experience at Millburn Medical Imaging. I was greeted by Ayanna and her team of receptionists. Super friendly and helpful. Was so surprised that forms were prepared for me when I came into office with all my information already on it. The office was run with efficiency, professionalism, sensitivity. Dr. Heideman and his staff were caring, patient, knowledgable and very informative. The Dr. was very thorough in his review of my sons MRI and was eager to answer any question I might have. Highly recommend.

Wow!! My experience at Millburn Medical Imaging went beyond my expectations. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a most pleasant receptionist. She had forms prepared with my name already on it. The office was run with efficiency, professionalism, sensitivity and on time. I had an appointment for a mammography. Dr Alan Heideman met with me before the exam to let me know what to expect. Dr. Heideman introduced me to Linda, the mammography technician. The technician puts a soft pad on the machine to make this test as comfortable as possible. Linda was very caring and friendly and tried to make me feel more relaxed. Dr Heideman's office has the latest equipment. Right after the exam Dr Heideman reviewed the mammography. I really appreciate that the doctor looked at the images right away so I need not be anxious about the results. He requested an ultrasound to be sure all was ok since I have very dense breasts. I was impressed with Dr. Heideman, as he made sure to take the extra… steps to rule out any issues due to my family history. Lacy the ultrasound tech was cheerful. Her gentle way put me at ease right away. The gel used for the exam was warm and made the exam much more comfortable. Dr. Heideman thoroughness made me feel confident. He was professional and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed or silly. Overall, the office went out of their way to make me, the patient feel like a person they cared about. All the extra touches (padded Mammo, warm gel and most importantly immediate results) shows how they are very sensitive to their patients feelings. I would highly recommend this office.

Great experience! Dr. Heideman was very nice. He helped explained to me why I was having a biopsy done becuasse my primary care doctor did not explain it to me at all. He was patient, respectful and I could tell her actually cared about me and didn't look at me as someone giving him buisness! Highly recommend him and MMI. They do a lot of diffrent types of imaging!

Dr. Heideman was the most amazing Dr. I have ever encountered. He was extremely caring, patient, knowledgable and very informative. I never take the time to write reviews but this Dr. deserves it! I was so so impressed. It's nice to see there are still Dr.s out there that do it fort he patient care and not the money! If you need the best go see him!

Dr. Heideman is by far the best doctor I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of medicine and helps explain the reasons behind every imaging study and biopsy that has to be done. He has the most amazing bed side manner and really makes his patients feel comfortable and important. Unlike many other doctors he cares more about quantity than quality and does not rush his exams. He is an excellent radiologist and picks up things many other doctors would just brush off. He is thorough, kind and caring. He is the only doctor I would ever go to or recommend to my family and friends. I strongly suggest anyone reading this go see him and see for yourselves!

Excellent bed side manners a pleasure to have as a doctor

Had a biopsy. Was very scared and nervous. Dr Heideman was reassuring, calming and made a terribly scary experience a little more tolerable. He was extremely gentle, and made sure the procedure was absolutely painless. I think he is a terriffic doctor.
