It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Johnson. He takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff at the South Hill facility is very friendly. The facility itself is clean. The process from check in to check out is well organized.

Dr. Johnson is my favorite Doctor. One of the nicest I’ve encountered. While that is remarkable these days, his Professionalism is outstanding as well. Always thorough and informative. A real gem!

Dr Alan Johnson is a phenomenal eye Dr. He provides me with reassurance and education regarding a post op eye surgery issue that with his knowledge and expertise I feel confident will get healed. He was my husbands eye Dr initially. My husband stated he was the BEST eye physician that he has ever seen. I’m grateful to have him as my Eye Dr now also.

He gathers all the data — lots of data — and then explains everything, answers all the questions, and helps you make informed decisions. I always learn something from each appointment, and I always leave feeling like I have been genuinely cared for, my issues thoroughly addressed, and I know what to watch for until my next appointment. This is excellent eye care from an excellent provider!

I have been seeing Dr Johnson for many years; His friendliness and caring are at the top of the scale. The only problem for many of my appointment was the wait time but yesterday the wait time was minimal and on time. He is an excellent doctor and would recommend him to anyone with eye care needs.

Dr. Johnson is pretty much the best. Very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone at the clinic is also great. The only thing is they're really busy (because they're so great) so appointments take longer than they typically say. I was told to plan for an hour and the appointment ended up being almost 2. So just know, that because you're seeing a great doctor, make sure to give yourself plenty of time.

Dr Johnson is an excellent doctor. He was thorough and took the time to fully explain my condition. He listened to all of my concerns and discussed options. He has a friendly and concerned manner that gave me a comfortable office visit.
