He is such a wonderful doctor! I have been a patient of his for many years. :)

I am so fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Keister’s.

Office staff that answers the phone is horrid. Good luck with them getting any of your messages to the nurse or keister correctly, if they get them at all. They would be better suited as a Walmart Greater than at a doctors office where accuracy is vital.

Wonderful office. They are very helpful in getting me and my family in for an appointment-almost always same day if we are ill. Often they call to check on us to make sure we are feeling better after a sick visit. Very thorough in their medical evaluations. The staff are pleasant, compassionate and caring to our whole family.

Staff is very rude and uncaring. Could hear the nurses and front staff bad mouthing a patient from the waiting room. Very Unprofessional. Dr. Keister is a good doctor but is in need of a change in staff especailly his nurse Kim (miss gossip queen) and all of his front office staff. Receptionist never greets me or my fanily upon arrival to the check-in window. She is always too busy chatting with the girls at the check-out about non work related issues. Also the older lady at check-out is extremely rude!!! There is such a thing as HIPAA. This practice needs to learn how to practice it before they get fined!!! It is also impossible to get a same day appointmnet if you are sick, BIG issue for me and my family.
