Had an eye exam with this eye doctor working at Costco in 2023. He got upset when I misunderstood a question he asked and spoke to me in an intimidating tone. Will not go back.

Not only did I feel immediately comfortable, my children did, too. Knowledgeable and patient, he answered every question my very curious children had. Completely professional, yet warm. Our prescriptions are accurate. He told me personally to come back if we had any problems at all. Will recommend Dr Kirsch to anyone needing his services.

Worst experience I have had with a doctor. Very first thing he tells the assistants that if a patient moves around too much “you should slap them”. Starts the exam with physical threat and then yells at me for asking about a certain brand. As he was setting his machine up I was just checking my phone and he yells at me to put my phone away. Talks in a berating and condescending way for the duration of the exam. Made me feel threatened to even go for a follow up
