Staff refuse to continue care after I wrote a bad review

My wife has to drive our kids 2 hours from Northern Michigan to get to a pediatric dentist in our network. The office staff knows this, but can't bother to let us know when their office is closed for flooding. We received no message except for someone at the door with an "Oops, guess you didn't get the message..." I don't care if we lived next door, that is not right!

He is very good with my son however he is farther away from us then I would like to travel and thank him for his work with my son!!

Awesome place to take your children. Professional and friendly. I can't believe these other post on here. My kids love going to Dr.Klein Dr.Vogel and I look forward to meeting the new dentist Dr. Kate

He goes above and beyond for his patients.

The most uncomfortable appt I have ever experienced. Rude staff, trained like robots. No compassion. Highly recommend if your ok with the entire waiting room listening to your childs medical information. Quite a racket if your child has medicaid. Cappung all the baby teeth must bring more money than a filling. Quite sad for a child to have to experience this type of setting. No wonder everyone avoids the dentist, of which we never did meet.

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Klein for 2.5 years. He has always included us in his decisions about our daughters care. Each time she has seen him he will personally come talk to us rather than just passing it off to a hygientist. Our concerns are always addressed and his staff is phenominal! We always get an appointment within the same week of our request. We travel nearly two hours away from home to see Dr. Klein.

Dr. Klein is great! My kids have been going for about 16 years. My kids enjoy him. His office staff is pretty great too.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not consider the individual needs of each family. I definitely would not recommend this office to anyone.

My 8 yr old son just went in to have his tooth pulled. They didn't even wait for it to get numb before they yanked it out. They only had him in the room for 10 min. He was very tromitized. Tears running done his face. I will never go back.
