I think he is not only a talented physician I think he is a compassionate man of high integrity. He treated me with immense respect and courtesy and fought for tests and access to the best treatment for my mom and dad. Ironically, both died after 60 years together within 2 days of each other.

Even though I was referred to this doctor by my cardiologist way back in 1996, who I trusted, I am soory to say that this guy has done little if anything tio help me with the "clinical" diagnosis of sarcoid he made/suspected back in 2005. he NEVER did or urged me to get a biopsy tio clinch the dx back then, as he should have. It wasn't until my voice developed a chronic hoarseness in my voice over the summer that I called him and denmanded he NOW finally do the biopsy, "6" years later because 'something" IS going on. He admitted me to the hospital and NOT much has changed other than conflicting opinions from him and his partner at his practice I also saw for a 2nd opinion. This guy would always be too busy to talk to you and I always felt he never had my best interest at heart from day one, yet I stayed with him. Why to this day, I don't know. maybe because he knew a loty about me.. but after the dx he seemed to NOT care about me ANYMORE and just prescribed steroids BUT never referred… me out to OTHER specialists which I had to procure on my own. I feel this doctor may have saved me from this new symptom (abnormal voice) had he been more agressive in 2005 when he suspected sarcoid and maybe instituted treatment and involved OTHER doctors back then when he suspected sarcoid. This guy had me worried for 5 years that he may have misdiagnosed me and I could have had Indolent Lymphoma the whole time among other neoplasms , that unlike the sarcoid would have required chemo treatment immediately! I have done my homework and 'seemed" to have found a whole NEW team of doctors that from my initial intuition, seem to be MORE concerned about my dx. and condition. It's too bad I had waited so long to finally dump the FEW incompetent doctors, I had, that seem to care less about me.
