I had a upper neck / back head pain or heaviness for few day and doctor got right to the point, he just didn't explain in detail with various graphics but prescribed me couple of medicines which helped to recover in 10 days!

I was treated by Dr. Lemerande via TelaDoc on a Saturday afternoon. I was surprised to hear from an MD who is in my state. He quickly focussed on the problem, gave me a range of choices for treatment but recommended the more conservative side of the spectrum, made sure I understood what was happening and offered me his cell phone number to call in case of any complications over the weekend. WOW. Easy Button. If this is the future of medical care in America, I'm liking it. But then, I have heard a truism that family practice doctors treat the person, not the illness. It is true in my experience.
