Dr. Alan Cyril Linderman, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Linderman for over 15 years. He is attentive and always sees to my needs or problems. He has always diagnosed me correctly with any ailment and is on top of my on going health. He truly cares about long term Health and I feel very strongly about what a great Doctor he is.

Smart doctor; has always made the right diagnosis but spends very little time with patient; take notes with you so you don't forget some of what you want to know because you don't get much face time. No follow-up. Receptionists are NOT courteous (often rude). Lab people and nurses are fine. Need to make appointment for a physical a month and a half in advance.

Main problem I had was billing issues with the business. Was a patient for a long time. Had three questionable billing experiences in last 5 years. Paid the first 2 and decided to dispute the third and was asked to leave over $131. Was told by billing it is up to the patient to make sure codes are entered correctly at time of visit. What a joke. I liked Linderman as a Dr....but if you can't trust the billing... Also had to call him once after hours and in my opinion felt like it bothered him. Low rating on staff because the billing people were RUDE when I questioned the bill. Office staff very nice. Looks like we are going to court over this. Good bye Nebraska Internal medicine.

I love Dr. Linderman. Easy to get an appointment? I guess, I just always make mine 6 mo. in advance. I think office staff could be a bit warmer. But, he is great.

Actually got in the room early. Nice person. Caring. Made right diagnosis.
