One of the best Doctors I have ever known. Superb with the patient; his courtesy, compassion and respect for his support staff (including nurses, aides, etc.) is sincere and obvious. Good man, great at his job!

My cardiologist recommended Dr. Markowitz to me along with another doctor from another hospital. I was able to get an appointment a lot faster with Dr. Markowitz.The doctor listened to my concerns and answered all my questions which helped me prepare myself mentally for a heart valve replacement.The doctor personally came to see me each day and when I called his office on a Sunday morning after discharge he called me back promptly.He has great bed side manners, he commincated promptly after my surgery with my family putting their mide at ease.I highly recommend Dr. Markowitz.

Just did my father's emergency quadruple bypass surgery. All I can say is, he is THEE surgeon you want. He is thorough, knows what he is talking about, explains everything to you - and what he explains about before and after the surgery is right on, comforting bedside manner and performed the surgery with precision and success.He came highly recommended and several friends of mine parents' had him as their surgeon for their heart issues. All of them are living well today.Thank you for saving my father's life, Dr. Markowitz. We are forever in your debt!
