Dr. Alan Paul Miller, MD

Can’t believe Alan Miller is still practicing medicine. Our experience years ago with him was terrible. Our 6 month year old had a bladder infection and needed antibiotics and was in terrible pain. We called to get an appt. and he told us he would not see us because we had not yet given our child the chickenpox vaccine. I was abrupt with him and he finally gave us the antibiotics and then said, “now go find another pediatrician”. We never looked back.

My family Have been going here for years. Doctor and staff are very professional, provides Very thorough, old-school Healthcare. Treats the problem and the patients.

Doesn’t care about patients. Would rather sleep at 1:45AM while being an on call doctor instead of helping a child having a severe asthma attack who later stayed in the hospital for 3 days. He told the patients mom to “call during business hours” next time..... Absolutely unprofessional of him to say this and act in a rude manner while being an on call doctor. Would never recommend him to anyone. Eagle Pediatric (where Dr Alan Miller works) also erased/deactivated their Facebook page after negative reviews were placed on the page about this incident. Shows a lot about this doctor and this facility...

Thankfully I’m not a patient of Dr. Miller however he was the on call doctor when I made a call at 1:45am since my son was in dire need of an inhaler refill. Dr. Miller was extremely curt, rude, clearly annoyed to had been woken up and at the end of our call flat out asked next time I do this during business hours. He should be ashamed at his lack of professionalism and compassion.

Very disappointed, bring my child here for his 2 month and 4 month check out and shots;however, the shots was storage in wrong temperature and results all those shots was no good !!! Didn't notify us until one of the shots is forever missed and have to give the baby all the other shots again !!!!!!! Do not trust this place !!!!!!!!!!!!
