Dr Nelson is great,his staff is the rudest ever,worse thing is trying to get a refill

While I find Dr. Nelson to be a good doctor, his office staff have got to be the most incompetent and rudest bunch I've ever encountered in any office setting. Good luck trying to get through them just to book a simple appointment or worse yet..trying to get a refill on your prescription!

Waited over an hour. Was the only one in the waiting room. He spent most of his time trying to figure out the computer. Mumbled a few things and walked out of the room. And that was the end of the visit. Very unprofessional, could care less about his patient.

Dr. Nelson is not the doctor he used to be. I know of three other people who have used him for years but have now left his practice. Dr. Lilloi can be very rude when covering for Dr. Nelson if he decides that he wants to cover his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson for many years but in the last couple of years he has changed. My advice to him is, RETIRE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY HURT!! o

Dr. Nelson used to be a great doctor but since 2013 he has changed. The waiting time to see him is very long. When he does see you he rambles on about things you don't understand then says he doesn't have time to discuss your problem. His office staff is very rude and nasty. The hold time on the phone is very long and there is a long waiting period to get an appointment which may be cancelled just before and made at a later date.

Dr Nelson is one of the most caring doctors you could ever meet.

Procedure went very well; although, Dr. Nelson was 45 minutes late for me and I was his first appointment. From what I was told from the staff at Bridgeport hospital... he is always running late. No one called me to set up a follow up appointment and schedule blood work though, so I had to initiate it.
