Dr. Alan I Newman

Dr. Alan I. Newman graduated from the University of Rochester before completing his dental degree from the University of Buffalo and his pediatric dental specialty training at the EastmanDentalCenter.  He has taught pediatric dentistry to residents at StrongHospital.  Dr. Newman received a Fellowship in the American Society of Dentistry for Children which recognizes his continuing education.  He served as President of the Upstate NY Pediatric Dental Association and maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, the AmericanAcademy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, and other dental groups on the state and local level.
Dr. Alan Newman and his wife, Sharon, have four children and five grandchildren.  His daughter, Ann, is already in practice with him and his daughter, Lisa, is currently in dental school.  Dr. Newman enjoys traveling and vacationing at Keuka Lake.  He also volunteers at the Pittsford Ambulance as a dispatcher.
